  Inactive: My activity level is very low. I do not exercise at all. At work I spend most of the time sitting at my desk. I spend a lot of time watching TV, reading or in front of my computer. I rarely walk and I always use my car to get around.
Sedentary: My activity level is low. I occasionally get some exercise, but usually in the form of light gardening or a walk to the corner store. I usually work at my desk but will occasional do some light physical work.
Average: My activity level is average. I try to stay active by engaging in gardening, housework and other light activities. I will occasionally participate in a sport such as swimming, golf or cycling. I will make an effort to walk and do not always drive my car.
Quite Active: My activity level is above average. I actively engage in sports such as swimming, tennis, skiing or jogging. I walk a fair amount and always try to stay physically active.
