Ingredients:
1 cups green cabbage,
shredded
2 cup red cabbage,
shredded
1 medium apple,
thinly sliced
1/8 tablespoon black
pepper
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon,
ground
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon
juice
Procedure:
In a bowl, combine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Whisk
to blend thoroughly. In a mixing bowl, take shredded cabbage and apple pieces.
Toss well to blend completely.
Tip:
This low calorie dish can be served with plain boiled rice if cooked with
desired sauce.
