weight safely, one should eat less food, go in for more physical activity, or

at the same weight, your calories intake has to equal your calories burned. Thus,
to lose weight, your calories burned have to exceed the amount of calories you
take in. Thus your body weight will be determined by calories intake and calories
output.

and builds muscle strength and endurance. Muscle burns more calories than fat.
The lower your body fat, the higher will be the ratio of lean muscle to fat,
and the higher will be your metabolic rate Also, higher metabolic rate leads
to more calories being burned at a faster rate.
